My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great aspects. The location was fantastic, right on the beachfront, but the rooms, despite being phenomenal, had a slight issue with the smell of mildew. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but there were some challenges, like difficulties in getting breakfast tea. Dining was a mixed bag, with excellent options but at a high price. The range of facilities, including pools and spas directly on the ocean, was impressive.
The hotel had its ups and downs during my stay. The rooms were nice and clean, although the booking process felt a bit misleading. In terms of service, there were some pleasant interactions but also unexpected additional charges that left a sour taste. The location was acceptable, catering to families with children, but with some cleanliness issues. The dining options were a mix of good and bad experiences, and the overall facilities were not entirely up to date.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient, with pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, but the service was lacking in customer service skills.
